The director of the firm has a keen interest in corporate commercial law. He has obtained certificates in this field issued by the Irish Law Society in conjunction with the law Society of South Africa as well as another by the Black Lawyers Association.
We also advise and handle litigations on Labour Law in the CCMA, the Labour Appeal Court as well as internal disciplinary hearings and at bargaining councils.
We specialize in civil and criminal litigation both in the High and lower courts. The firm has a debt collection unit closely functioning with the litigation department.
The firm assists in general administration and planning of insolvent and deceased estates, including but not limited to the drafting of wills and Trust instruments.
Mr Nkome has a B.Proc degree from the University of South African a Certificate in Commercial practice offered by the Irish law society and a certificate in corporate commercial law offered by the Black Lawyers Association.
